Turn a spreadsheet export into JSON for an API, a script or a web app: one object per row, keyed by the header.
Questions
Yes. The delimiter is detected (comma, semicolon, tab or pipe), and you can set it by hand under “Columns are split by”.
Values with a leading zero (007), a plus sign, or more than 15 digits stay text so nothing changes: ZIP codes, phone numbers and long IDs keep every digit.
The second becomes name_2, and an empty header becomes column_3, so no value is lost.
You get an error naming the row, instead of a JSON file with half the data in one cell.
No. The conversion happens right in your browser, so your file stays on your device. There is no account to make, either.
