Worked example
16 GiB × 1.07374 = 17.1799 GB
The other way round, gigabytes to gibibytes: gibibytes = gigabytes × 0.931322574615.

Add 7%. 16 GiB → 16 + 1.1 = 17.1 GB (17.18 exactly).
