How to add page numbers to a PDF

In short

Drop the PDF, pick a position and a format, set the first number and the size, and press Save with numbers. The grid shows the numbers before you save.

    Every page shows as a thumbnail.

  2. Choose the look

    A position, a format such as Page 1 of 12, the first number and the size.

  3. Save

    Turn on Skip the first page for a cover, then press Save with numbers.
