How to sign a PDF

In short

Drop the PDF, draw or type your signature, drag its box into place, add the date or initials if you like, and press Sign PDF. With your .p12 or .pfx certificate it can also be signed digitally.

  1. Drop the PDF

Its pages show as a grid; the signature goes on the last page unless you pick another.

  2. Make your signature

Draw it with a mouse, finger or pen, type your name in one of three handwriting styles, or choose a picture of it. Tick Date or Initials to add those.

  3. Place it and sign

Drag the boxes on the page and pull their corners to size them, then press Sign PDF. Turn on Digital signature to sign with your certificate too.
